2026 NYSSRS & RTANYS Fall Conference

We encourage conference registrants to register for the conference online. For those that wish to mail in their registration forms, please download and print this Registration form below. This registration form also has instructions on how to register for the conference and book your hotel.

2. To get the NYSSRS Member conference rate, login to your NYSSRS Account by clicking on the blue person icon located in the top right corner of your screen:
If you are not a NYSSRS Member and would like to become a member prior to registering for the conference, click on the “Join Us” option on the top tool bar and follow the prompts to Join NYSSRS:
3. After logging in to your account, hover over the “Events” tab and select the “2026 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION” drop down.
4. Scroll down past the Conference Flyer and go to the Upcoming Events section and click the “Register” button.
5. Select the Conference Registration Ticket type that you would like to purchase.
6. Fill out your registration form with your information. Please note, at the bottom of the form, you need to select the planned dates of attendance.
7. Review and confirm your information and then select “Pay Online.”
8. Enter your credit card information and then select the blue “Pay” button.
